Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing;
• Notify the game provider or content provider of the removal or disabling of access;
• Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

All games available on Medsaa Games are embedded from third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any games featured on our website. If you are the owner of a game and wish to have it removed, please contact us with proof of ownership.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate user accounts for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
